Gurcharan Singh is a former Indian Olympic boxer and two-time Olympian who competed in the 81 kg Light-Heavyweight division. He represented India at Atlanta 1996 and Sydney 2000. At Sydney 2000, he reached the Olympic quarter-finals and finished 8th overall. He also won a bronze medal at the 1998 Asian Games in Bangkok.

Gurcharan Singh, born on 10 April 1977 in Rurewal, Punjab, is a former Indian boxer and two-time Olympian. He represented India in the men's Light-Heavyweight division at the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games and again at the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games.

At Sydney 2000, Gurcharan defeated South Korea's Choi Gi-Su by decision in the opening round, winning 11–9. In the second round, he defeated South Africa's Danie Venter after the bout was stopped in the fourth round, advancing to the quarter-finals.

In the quarter-final, Gurcharan faced Ukraine's Andriy Fedchuk and lost by decision. Fedchuk went on to win a bronze medal, while Gurcharan finished 8th overall in the competition.

Gurcharan had already achieved international success before Sydney. He won the bronze medal at the 1998 Asian Games in Bangkok in the men's 81 kg Light-Heavyweight category. Olympedia also records his affiliation with the Indian Army.

His Sydney 2000 performance remains an important chapter in the history of Indian Olympic boxing, placing him among India's notable Olympic quarter-finalists.
