Select the championship, then enter registration number and date of birth. Available for boxers registered in that championship, and for coaches/officials/managers/members assigned to it by admin.

What appears on the card

Selected championship title, three logos, photo, name, registration number, role, QR code, and six access-zone boxes (set by admin per ID type) on a tricolour accreditation card.
