Ms. Tanu Rajput is a Special Education and Rehabilitation Professional with expertise in Psychology, counselling, inclusion and community-based support. At the BDFI Professional Boxing Commission, she contributes to athlete welfare, safeguarding, inclusion and the development of a safe and supportive sporting environment.

Ms. Tanu Rajput is a professional in Psychology, Special Education and Rehabilitation with extensive experience in education, counselling, intervention programmes, vocational training and community outreach.
She holds an M.A. in Psychology, B.Ed. in Special Education, D.Ed. qualifications in Mental Retardation, Autism Spectrum Disorder and Learning Disability, along with certification in Learning Differences from the UK and training in Indian Sign Language, Guidance and Counselling.
Her professional journey began in 2007 as a Special Educator and later expanded into intervention services, inclusive education, rehabilitation and skill development. She established UDAI Working Together Works in 2013, which was registered as a charitable trust in 2014 and developed into a special school and intervention centre.
Her work has included parental counselling, teacher training, inclusive education, community outreach and vocational programmes for adults with special needs. She has also contributed as guest faculty and an external examiner in the field of special education.
At the BDFI Professional Boxing Commission, Ms. Tanu Rajput supports the development of athlete welfare, safeguarding, inclusion and a positive sporting environment, with particular attention to athlete support and responsible sports participation.

The Athlete Welfare, Safeguarding & Inclusion function supports the BDFI Professional Boxing Commission in promoting a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for athletes and boxing stakeholders.
The role focuses on athlete welfare awareness, counselling support, inclusion, safeguarding practices and referral to appropriate professional services whenever required.
