Mr. Sandeep Malik is an accomplished boxing professional, International Boxing Coach, International Medalist and sports administrator with more than 15 years of experience in boxing, coaching, athlete development and sports management.

As the General Secretary of the Boxing Development Federation of India (BDFI), he is committed to strengthening the organization and developing a professional, transparent and athlete-focused boxing ecosystem in India.

Mr. Malik has represented India as a Team Coach at prestigious international competitions, including the World Boxing Championships and Asian Boxing Championships, as well as national-level championships. His extensive experience in high-level competition and coaching has provided him with a deep understanding of athlete preparation, competition strategy, technical development and team management.

As a qualified boxing coach, he combines academic knowledge with practical experience gained through years of work with boxers at different levels. Under his coaching and guidance, athletes have achieved success at international, Asian and national levels, including the development of international-level and Asian medal-winning boxers.

His vision is to take Indian boxing to a higher level by creating better opportunities for athletes, improving coaching standards, supporting talented young boxers and building a strong pathway from grassroots boxing to international competition.
